Soya Tofu Stir-Fry
Make a flavorful and protein-rich tofu stir-fry using Soy Tofu and classic Indian spices.
Steps:
Take Soya Tofu Firm, cut cubes as per your choice
Prep stir-fry: Heat 2 tbsp mustard oil, splutter 1 tsp cumin and ½ tsp mustard seeds. Add 1-inch grated ginger and 4 minced garlic cloves.
Add 2 sliced onions, cook till golden, then add 1 chopped tomato, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp chili powder, and salt. Cook till oil separates.
Add 1 sliced bell pepper and ½ cup green peas; sauté 2–3 mins.
Add tofu cubes, mix gently, cook till slightly browned.
